Allen (he/him) joined CTM in 2015. Prior to CTM, he worked as a Production Manager for the University of Wisconsin Madison. Allen also worked in Vicenza, Italy where he served as the US Army Entertainment Director of the Mediterranean Region and is a proud veteran of the military. Allen continues to produce, act, direct and champion all theater. Thank you to the CTM Staff, Board, and all who support this great organization.

Brian(he/him) is honored to be serving as Artistic Director this season. His previous CTM directing credits include The Wizard of Oz, Seussical, Tuck Everlasting, Matilda, and Stellaluna. His work has also been seen at American Players Theater, Madison Opera, Skylight Music Theatre, Four Seasons Theatre, Capital City Theatre, Music Theatre of Madison, UW-Madison, and Clinton Showboat. He has performed around the country and world with the National Tours of Annie and Something Rotten! He has extensive teaching experience including CTM’s Summer Stage, Kristin Chenoweth’s Broadway Bootcamp, Tianjin Conservatory of Music, and Whoopensocker. He is a proud graduate of Oklahoma City University’s musical theatre program and University of Wisconsin-Madison, Bolz Center for Arts Administration.

Erica Berman (she/her) has been part of the CTM family and Madison community since 2013. Erica has introduced many artistic and educational programs to CTM, including Sensory Friendly Performances, the Young Company Touring Show, the Advanced Musical Theater Production, Accessible Internships, and more. Erica has presented on her work at TYA/USA National Conference, AATE National Conference, Inclusive Theater Conference (Northwestern University), & Bibu / ASSITEJ Artistic Gathering in Sweden. As a playwright, Erica’s plays have been produced in Wisconsin (Third Avenue Playworks, Milwaukee Chamber Theater, Kohl’s Wild Theater, Four Seasons Theater) and in theaters across the country. BA: Mount Holyoke College, MA: Emerson College.

Becca is a communications and marketing professional who has worked to promote responsible tourism and economic well-being in several communities in the Pacific Northwest. Her role at CTM strengthens and supports communications and storytelling across the organization ensuring it reflects CTM’s values of equity, inclusion, joy, accessibility and belonging. She also serves as the Communications Chair on the board of trustees of Madison Community Montessori School.

Rafael (he/him) comes to CTM from Charleston Stage, where he served as the Production Manager. He was the Production Manager for Arkansas Repertory Theatre for seventeen years. Rafael was a freelance project coordinator and designer for Victoria’s Secret, Ralph Lauren-Polo, Rosie Magazine and The Warner Brothers Studio Store. Past credits also include General Manager for Izquierdo Studio in NYC, which produces specialty costumes and props for film, television, and the Broadway stage. Rafael holds a BA in theatre from The University of Tennessee in Knoxville, and holds an MFA in Directing Musical Theatre from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City.

Bill (he/him) is a born and bred Wisconsinite who hails from “The Holy Land,” Johnsburg, Wisconsin. He received a degree in Theatre from Southwest Minnesota State University. Carbon dating puts the date of graduation at 1985. He has been addicted to the process of putting on plays since the age of 14. After watching his brother Mike descend a staircase, arms extended with a blanket draped over them, acting hard at the moment, Bill said to himself, “Yup, this will be my life’s work.” And so it goes.

Trevin Gay (he/him) is an actor, director, teaching artist and arts administrator. Madison audiences may have seen him onstage in Matilda, The Trials, Cinderella, The Diary of Anne Frank, A Christmas Carol, Peter Pan, Finder & The North Star, Freaky Friday, or Stellaluna (CTM). He holds an MFA in Actor Created Physical Theatre from the London International School of Performing Arts and Naropa University. Anders (he/him) is ecstatic to be a part of the stage & production management team at CTM! He’s worked with CTM since 2018 and he believes that CTM’s mission of community-building and spreading the joy of theater is more important than ever in an increasingly fragmented world. A graduate of Ripon College, he has a background in psychology and philosophy which informs his theatrical praxis. As a freelance stage and production manager, Anders has helped bring shows to stages across the East Coast and the Midwest, including at American Players Theatre, Playhouse Stage Company, and Busch Gardens Williamsburg.

CJ (she/her) is thrilled to be joining the CTM family as Patron Experience Manager. With
a Bachelors degree in Music Education and Masters in Music Performance, CJ is passionate
about promoting arts education and facilitating meaningful audience experiences. Prior to joining
CTM, CJ served on development, special events, and customer relations teams for the Santa Fe
Chamber Music Festival and the Texas Tech University School of Music. As a violinist, she has
performed with the Lubbock Symphony Orchestra, Lubbock Chamber Orchestra, and Chamber
Music Amarillo, as well as a number of national and international festivals. Though she traded a
childhood love of trodding the boards for playing in the orchestra pit, CJ has a special love for
live theater, and is proud to support CTM’s mission of imagination and community.!

Laura (she/her) is thrilled to be going into her 6th season with CTM! Being a part of CTM’s Education department has been and continues to be amazing, while even being honored to be in shows as an actor, the Producer of The Goodwin Project in 2020, and will be making her assistant directorial debut with CTM this season! CTM audiences may have seen Laura recently in CTM’s A Christmas Carol, Peter Pan, and Cinderella. Laura has a very diverse background as not only a +20yr theatre vet, but a US Navy veteran as well. Even in the Navy, she found time to perform in 7 shows in Florida & Hawaii. With a B.A in Theatre Performance from Edgewood University, Laura is very proud to be working in her field of study and truly counting everyday as a dream with this phenomenal organization.

Brenda Miller (she/her) joined CTM as Executive Assistant in 2024. With a BA in Communications, she brings strong organizational and communication skills to her role, supporting CTM’s leadership and mission. A Madison native, Brenda lives on the city’s west side with her husband and daughter.

Amy (she/her) has been an integral part of CTM for 15 years, overseeing the organization’s daily operations. As the leader of the Strategic Advancement department, she is dedicated to leading the staff and welcoming our patrons, with the goal to create a collaborative and inclusive environment across the organization, and build lasting relationships with our constituents. With a degree in Graphic Design and experience in advertising and recruiting, she finds inspiration in how visual arts intertwine with performance and storytelling. The collaborative energy at CTM reminds her that art exists in many forms—whether on stage, in design, or behind the scenes—and all of it has the power to inspire young people to discover their inner artist and share it with the world.

Kelsey Yudice (she/her) joins the Strategic Advancement team with a diverse background in arts administration, theatre, and community engagement. A proud Madison native, Kelsey most recently served as Program Coordinator for the Wisconsin Singers at the Wisconsin Union. Prior to that role, she worked with a variety of arts nonprofits in Madison, Chicago, and Washington D.C., specializing in marketing, development, and arts education. Kelsey earned her bachelor’s degree in Acting from UW-Stevens Point and her master’s degree in Arts Administration from UW-Madison. She currently serves on the Dane County Arts and Cultural Affairs Commission.

Samantha has a background in Music Education from Western Illinois University where she studied voice. Over the years, she’s taught elementary music in Illinois, Kansas, and Arizona. Back to her Midwest roots, she works alongside other music venues in the Madison area and is excited to welcome students and patrons into our CTM doors.

Benja (he/him) has always been passionate about the world of theater. Before CTM, Benja was a student staff member in the Box Office and House Management at Edgewood University’s Diane Ballweg Theatre. He is so excited to be a part of the CTM mission!

Kathryn is currently a senior at SE Oklahoma State University, working towards her bachelor’s in Theatre Arts Administration. Previously, she worked as a Light Board Operator at Brighton Beach Memoirs and as an Assistant Stage Manger for Rhinoceros at Valencia College. Kathryn is thrilled to join the CTM team in their Box Office.
