This position will also identify personal goals, receive detailed feedback on their curricuum and facilitation, and gain access to additional resources to aid in their growth as a teaching artist. DEVELOPMENT

DEVELOPMENT MANAGER:
CTM is seeking a Development Manager responsible for supporting engagement and fundraising strategies to build connections and grow current and prospective donors. This position works with the Associate Development Director to develop and grow CTM’s donor base, with a focus on fundraising, support, effective reporting, event logistics and stewardship efforts.

PATRON SERVICES MANAGER:

The Patron Services Manager (PSM) oversees all patron interactions for CTM. This position is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing CTM’s box office and front of house at MYArts, and cultivating vibrant volunteer engagement. The PSM is a consummate planner; someone who has an eye for detail and a willingness to learn and explore new ways to engage our patrons and volunteers.
