EDUCATION: PART TIME

ACADEMIC YEAR EDUCATION ASSISTANT (2026-27)

CTM is looking for an organized and detail oriented Education Assistant to join our Academic Year Education staff. This position will act as a liaison between families and the Education Department, staff the lobby table during Saturday programming, and assist the Associate Education Director with administrative tasks. This position will also provide one on one student support as needed, with a focus on accommodations and social emotional needs, as well as substitute teaching as needed.

ACADEMIC YEAR EMERGING TEACHING ARTISTS (2026-27)

CTM is looking for passionate emerging theater and arts educators to join our Academic Year teaching team. This position will collaborate with fellow artists to co-facilitate and create curriculum, mentor high school interns, and create a supportive environment. This position will also identify personal goals, receive detailed feedback on their curriculum and facilitation, and gain access to additional resources to aid in their growth as a teaching artist.

MYArts Opportunities

DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT

The MYArts Development Director is responsible for leading and owning the development strategy and execution for Madison Youth Arts Center (MYArts), while providing strategic development guidance and planning for partner organizations -Children’s Theater of Madison (CTM) and Madison Youth Choirs (MYC).

As a shared position, with MYArts serving as employer of record, the Development Director sets major gift and campaign strategy and builds the donor pipeline for all three organizations, working in partnership with CTM and MYC staff, who lead day-to-day execution for their respective organizations’ strategy.

The primary focus is major donor development, prospect identification and research, and data-informed fundraising analytics that drive contributed-revenue strategy across MYArts, CTM and MYC.

The Development Director serves as a highly visible representative of MYArts in the community, cultivating relationships with donors, foundations, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure sustainable contributed revenue and organizational growth through execution of the development strategic plan of MYArts.

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

The MYArts Director of Marketing provides strategic leadership and hands-on execution for marketing, branding, and communications across Madison Youth Arts Center (MYArts), Children’s Theater of Madison (CTM), and Madison Youth Choirs (MYC).

● MYArts: Leads creation and execution of all marketing strategies, campaigns, and communications. Acts as the primary resource for marketing execution with support from MYArts admin coordinator and other staff.

● CTM: Provides strategic guidance and oversight for marketing initiatives while CTM’s internal staff executes campaigns.

● MYC: Serves as a marketing strategist and advisor, guiding internal staff to implement campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
