The health and safety of our patrons, students, families, artists, and staff is of the highest priority, and we thank you so very much for your patronage and support through this turbulent time. Based on the recommendations of the Wisconsin DHS and out of caution for your health and wellbeing, we have made an extremely difficult and heartfelt decision to cancel all public and school performances of Beat Bugs.

Dear Patrons of Beat Bugs: A Musical Adventure,

We know that you were looking forward to our upcoming production of Beat Bugs: A Musical Adventure. Regrettably, because of the situation our community is in with the COVID-19 pandemic, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the production. Thank you for your patience as we have been working hard to determine the best ways to serve you during this turbulent time.

We understand full well how difficult this time has become for individuals and organizations. Cancelling performances has significant impact on our entire community — including the team of artists who have created our exceptional productions, our staff who supports them, and you – our families and theater-loving patrons who've carved out the time to attend our shows.
As a nonprofit arts organization, we rely heavily on your support, and now more than ever, your support is critical due to the impact of this pandemic.
It’s of great importance that we provide the best possible customer service. You may choose how you would like us to handle your ticket purchase in the following ways:
1) Donate the value of your tickets to support CTM's mission. Your generosity is deeply appreciated and greatly needed at this unprecedented time.
2) Exchange your tickets for an upcoming performance in our 2020-2021 season. We know there will be shows you will want to see next year!
3) You can receive a refund – we truly hope you consider this a last resort.
A special "thank you” to the generous CTM supporters who have already donated during these turbulent times.
To make this as simple as possible, we have created a form with the above options to choose from. Please fill out this form within 60 days of the date of this notice. If we do not hear from you, we will simply roll your purchase into a donation.
