Q: How does the season campaign work?

You may only purchase single show tickets at the Overture Box Office*.
*Subscription orders may not be purchased in person or over the phone at the Overture Center. They must be ordered online at ctmtheater.org, over the phone (608) 255-2080 x2, or in person at CTM’s MYArts box office.
Q: What are your box office hours of operation?
A: The CTM Box Office at MYArts is open Monday, 12-3pm, Wednesday, 3-6pm, and Saturday, 10-2pm.

Q: What are your hours for phone orders?
A: Outside of CTM’s regular box office hours you may call but it is not guaranteed someone will answer. Leave us a message!

Q: How long are your shows and what’s the recommended age?
A: • The Wiz: 75 minutes, ages 6+ • Life Doesn’t Frighten Me: 60 minutes, no intermission, ages 5+
• A Christmas Carol: 2 hours + intermission, ages 8+ • The Lightning Thief: 2 hours + intermission, ages 9+
• The Diary of Anne Frank: 75 minutes, ages 11+
Q: What are the ticket fees on my purchase?
A: Subscription tickets (2+ Show Subscription), available only from August 21 - October 5, 2023, have a one-time $15 order fee and nothing more. Single show tickets purchased online or over the phone incur a 15% service fee. Single Show tickets purchased in person at MYArts have no fees when paying by cash or check; credit card purchases incur a 3.5% fee. In person tickets purchased at Overture have no fees.
Q: Can I exchange my tickets if I can’t come to the show?
A: Yes, you may exchange tickets to another show in our season. Ticket exchanges may be done with either the Overture Center or CTM’s Box Office, up to 48 hours before your originally purchased show. Any upgrade in tickets will be the patron’s responsibility. Neither Overture nor CTM offers refunds.
Q: I just submitted my ticket order and need to make a change! Is this possible?
A: If the tickets have not been printed, you may possibly adjust your order. There are no guarantees, especially if seating is limited, and no refunds if the tickets have been processed and printed.
Q: Can get I get a refund on my ticket order?
A: No. Even as you are buying your online tickets, you are reminded that once purchased, there are no refunds, as per the policy of CTM and the Overture Center. You can absolutely exchange your tickets to another date or show (see question above for exchanges details). Just no refunds.
Q: I asked for my tickets to be mailed. When will I receive them?
A: Tickets requested for mail delivery are generally sent within 3-5 days of purchase. Orders placed within 10 days of a performance date will automatically be held at will call and not mailed.
Q: I asked for my tickets to be held at Will Call. Which box office should I go to?
A: If it is at least a week before the performance date, you may go to either box office at CTM or the Overture Center. If it’s the day of the show, you should pick them up at the venue box office where the performance will be held.
Q: Do you have e-ticket (electronic) delivery method? How do I access e-tickets before a show?
A: Yes. Log into your Overture account no more than 3 hours before the show start time and access your QR code for scanning. Your emailed order confirmation is not your mobile ticket!
Q: Can I bring my very young child to the show?
A: All CTM shows are recommended for children ages 3 and up. Families should decide at what age their child is ready for a CTM show. All patrons must purchase a seat, regardless of age as we do not allow lap seats.
Q: My child has a disability or developmental difference. What should I know before I buy tickets?
A: We welcome all young people to the theater at CTM! You have two choices in terms of performances. Please attend whichever would work best for your family’s needs:
• Public Performances – we have Sensory Kits available at all performances for those who need them.
