Monday, 12-3pm, Wednesday, 3-6pm, Thursday, 3-6pm, and Saturday, 10-2pm.

Summer Stage Season (June 26-Aug 14, 2024)
Wednesday 1-5pm and one hour before any ticketed performance.

Overture box office is open additional hours on event days and remains open through curtain time on any night of a performance.

You have three delivery options when purchasing your tickets. Be sure to review those options when placing your order.

  • Mail: Your tickets will typically be sent to you within 3-5 days of your purchase.
  • Will Call: Tickets held at will call may be picked up ahead of time at MYArts or the Overture Center. On the day of show, your tickets will be held at the performance venue.
    • Orders placed within 10 days of a performance date will automatically be held at will call.
  • Digital/Mobile: Access tickets on your mobile device by logging into your Overture account. Your QR code will be available 2 hours before show start time.

Yes, you may exchange tickets to another show in our season. Ticket exchanges may be done with either the Overture Center or CTM’s Box Office, up to 48 hours before your originally purchased show. Any upgrade in tickets will be the patron’s responsibility.

Unfortunately, no. Even as you are buying your online tickets, you are reminded that once purchased, there are no refunds, as per the policy of CTM and the Overture Center. Instead, you can do a free exchange of your tickets for another CTM show or date within our season.

Subscription tickets (2+ Show Subscription) have a one-time $18 order fee, with no limit on tickets.

Single-show tickets purchased online or over the phone incur a 15% service fee. Single Show tickets purchased in person at either box office have no fees.

All CTM shows are recommended for children ages 3 and up. Families should decide at what age their child is ready for a CTM show. All patrons must purchase a seat, regardless of age as we do not allow lap seats.

  • Diary of a Wimpy kid: 60 minutes + intermission, ages 8+
  • A Christmas Carol: 2 hours + intermission, ages 8+
  • Cinderella: 2 hours + intermission, ages 5+
  • Elephant & Piggie’s “We Are In a Play!”: 60 minutes, no intermission, ages 3+
  • The Trials: 90 minutes, no intermission, ages 13+

We welcome all young people to the theater at CTM! You have two choices in terms of performances. Please attend whichever would work best for your family’s needs:

  • Public Performances – we have Sensory Kits available at all performances for those who need them.
  • Sensory Friendly | Relaxed performances – we provide many supports before attending a show, in the lobby, and in the theater. CLICK HERE to learn more.

We offer listen devices and sensory friendly kits at each of our shows. Large print playbills are available only by request and at least 10 days before a show. We also have wheelchairs onsite for those with limited mobility, and seats close to the stage for patrons with vision impairment or low vision. Our preseason sale happens every year from mid-August through the end of September. Purchase tickets to two or more shows in our season and get great seats at a great price.

Single show tickets will also be on sale for a lesser discount.

Your safety is of utmost importance! In this endemic phase of Covid-19, CTM no longer requires a face mask or testing. We continue to follow all CDC and Dane County protocols should an outbreak of any spreadable virus occur. We will follow all building guidelines that both Overture Center and MYArts have in place.

Ticket Policies 2024-25

All sales are final; no refunds are available. Purchased tickets are eligible for free exchanges and may be exchanged at MYArts or the Overture Center. Tickets must be exchanged at least 48 hours before the first performance involved in the exchange. Tickets may only be exchanged for a CTM 2024-25 season performance of comparable or greater value, provided the additional value is paid, if applicable.

Subscription tickets purchased during our limited pre-season offer are subject to a one-time $18 handling charge. Group tickets incur a $18 per-order fee. Single play tickets purchased online or by phone, through either Overture Center or the MYArts Box Office, are subject to a 15% per ticket fee. Single play tickets purchased in person have no fees.

Cancellations are at the discretion of the Overture Center and MYArts. Cancelled performances are eligible for a refund or exchange to another CTM 2024-25 season performance (based on availability). No show is available for an exchange into the following season. Service charges are non-refundable.

Wheelchair seating, assisted listening devices, and Sensory Kits are available at all performances. Please make your accommodation requests when ordering your tickets. ASL interpretation is offered at select shows for each of our plays on Oct 19, Dec 14, Feb 22, April 12, and May 10.
