One of the most beloved family favorites of all time, Peter Pan has delighted audiences for 60 years. With an unforgettable score played by a live orchestra, this high-flying Tony Award-winning musical will perform in the grand Capitol Theater.  A magnificent one-of-a-kind experience. Featuring Marcus Truschinski as Captain Hook and directed by our own Roseann Sheridan!

A note from our Artistic Director, Roseann Sheridan regarding changes to the original script:
It has been over 20 years since Children's Theater of Madison produced Peter Pan. The main reason for this is because of the way that Native Americans are portrayed in the original script. I was so happy to see that the Children's Theater Company in Minneapolis was able to use their resources to address this and to create a new authorized version that retains the wonderful music of so many songs while providing a new approach to Tiger Lily and her friends. The group known in J.M. Barrie's story as the "Indians" is now a group of strong, independent girls who have banded together to protect Neverland; they are a strong counterpart to the "Lost Boys." There are no references visually or musically to Native Americans or any stereotypes of that culture. As the director of the show and the Artistic Director of CTM, I am proud to bring this updated version of a timeless classic to Madison.
