BOX OFFICE: Purchase subscription tickets to two or more plays through CTM by October 3, 2022, in the following ways: online at ctmtheater.org, in person at 1055 E. Mifflin St., Madison, WI, or by phone at (608) 255-2080 x600. CTM phone support is available until 5PM on October 3. MYArts Box Office hours are Wednesdays & Saturdays (11:00-2:00pm), and Thursdays & Fridays (3:00-7:00pm).

SERVICE CHARGES: Subscription tickets purchased during this limited pre-season offer are subject to a one-time $12 handling charge, both online and by phone. Single play tickets purchased online or by phone through either Overture Center Box Office or CTM Box Office, are subject to a 15% per ticket fee.
CTM charges a 3.5% service fee on all credit card purchases, both in person and by phone. Orders purchased in cash or by check incur no additional fees. Orders paid via check will not be processed until check has been received.
TICKET POLICIES | EXCHANGES: All sales are final; no refunds are available. Purchased tickets are eligible for free exchanges and may be exchanged at MYArts or the Overture Center. Tickets must be exchanged at least 48 hours before the first performance involved in the exchange. Tickets may only be exchanged for a CTM 2022-23 season performance of comparable or greater value, provided the additional value is paid, if applicable.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations are at the discretion of the Overture Center and MYArts. Cancelled performances are eligible for a refund or exchange to another CTM 2022-23 season performance (based on availability). No show is available for an exchange into the following season. Service charges are non-refundable.
CDC GUIDELINES & SPECIFIC BUILDING POLICIES: CTM will follow all current CDC guidelines, as well as Overture Center and MYArts building policies. Should adjustments need to be made to shows, audience members will be notified as soon as possible. For the most updated information, visit ctmtheater.org or overture.org.
ACCESSIBILITY: Wheelchair seating, assisted listening devices, and Sensory Kits are available at all performances. Please make your accommodation requests when ordering your tickets. ASL interpretation is offered at select shows for each of our plays on Oct 22, Dec 17, Feb 25, and Apr 29.

AGE RECOMMENDATIONS AND SEAT RESTRICTIONS: Our shows are recommended for children 3 years and up, and we do not allow any lap seats. All patrons need to purchase a seat.
