Purchase discounted tickets to two of this season’s plays through CTM by Midnight, October 4, 2020, online at, or by phone at 608.255.2080. CTM phone support available until 5PM on October 4. Purchase discounted tickets to one play through the Overture Center Box Office by October 4, 2020, online at, or by phone at 608.258.4141. No in-person purchases are available at this time. All ticket orders after October 4, 2020 should be placed through the Overture Center Box Office.

SERVICE CHARGES: Tickets purchased to both of CTM’s 2020-21 productions during this limited pre-season offer are subject to a one-time $10 handling charge, both online or by phone, but are free of any other additional fees or charges. Single play tickets purchased through the Overture Center Box Office, are subject to a 15% per ticket fee.

TICKET POLICIES/EXCHANGES: All sales are final; no refunds are available*. Purchased tickets are eligible for free exchanges and need to be exchanged through the Overture Center Box Office, not CTM. Tickets must be exchanged at least 48 hours before the first performance involved in the exchange. Tickets may only be exchanged for a CTM 2020-21 season performance of comparable or greater value, provided the additional value is paid, if applicable.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations are at the discretion of the Overture Center. Cancelled performances are eligible for a refund or exchange to another CTM 2020-21 season performance (based on availability). Service charges are non-refundable.

*CANCELLATIONS DUE TO COVID-19: Should a show be cancelled due to the ongoing pandemic, CTM will honor an exchange into another 2020-21 show (if available) or be offered the option to donate or receive a refund of their ticket. Any show cancelled during the 2020-21 season is ineligible for an exchange into a 2021-22 season show.

GENERAL ADMISSION SEATING & SEAT RESTRICTIONS: Due to COVID-19, we are reducing the capacity of The Playhouse for your safety. We will be offering General Admission seating by zone, which will enable families to sit together, yet still be socially distanced. When you arrive at the theater, we will seat on a first-come, first-serve basis. Because of our General Admission seating, we will not offer Adult or Child tickets during the 2020-21 season.

SPECIAL NEEDS: Wheelchair seating, large print programs and assisted listening devices are available. Please make your accommodation requests when ordering your tickets. There will be one ASL performance for Peter Pan on May 1 at 1PM. Stellaluna will offer ASL interpretation at each show.


 Our shows are recommended for children 3 years and up, and we do not allow any lap seats. All patrons need to purchase a seat. For the enjoyment of all, any disruptive patron may be asked to leave as a courtesy to our actors and other patrons.
